Getting back to the Barbell

Did you enjoy de-load week? We hardly touched the barbell last week and focused more on conditioning and tempo. It is time to pick up the barbell again. In the coming 4 weeks, we will finish our strength program with the Fronts Squat, Clean, Press, and Sump Deadlift.

The weather is slowly turning towards double figures so its also time we find a new 5k route and organise our next “Run & Cake” event.

  • TUESDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Push Press followed by Pull-ups and Row

  • WEDNESDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Lunges, Bike, Squats and Box Jumps

  • THURSDAY [BUILD & GRIND] Front Squats followed by KBS, Row and TTB

  • FRIDAY -[SWEAT & GRIND] Sumo Deadlift followed by Wallballs and Burpees

  • SATURDAY -[BENCHMARK] "Dempsey"

  • SUNDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Total body workout today


OTHERS:

  • WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY/SATURDAY  [Barbell Club] - As strong as Jay!
