Welcome back after some relaxing festive days filled with calories :)

It’s time to get back to training and prepare for our next event: The CrossFit Open in February.

To help you get back on track we are organising a Nutrition Challenge starting end of this week to help you feel fitter, more energised and lose those unwanted Christmas kilo’s. If you have not signed up yet, you need to hurry! Use this link

There is no such thing as ‘easing you back’ at CHALKBOX. So we start this week with some proper heavy lifting and have lots of gymnastics this week to prep you for the CF open.


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - CLOSED

  • TUESDAY -[BUILD&GRIND] Heavy day - Clean and Jerk

  • WEDNESDAY -[SPRING&GRIND] Gymnastics - Up-side-down practise and Tabata gymnastics

  • THURSDAY -[SPINT&SWEAT] A FUN combination of Sit ups, TTB, DU's and Wallballs and a great extra to build grip strength and core strength

  • FRIDAY - [BUILD&GRIND] Tempo Deadlift followed by Bench press

  • SATURDAY - [BENCHMARK]   CrossFit Open 15.5

  • SUNDAY -[SPRING&SWEAT] Team workout with Russian Twists, DU's and KBS


OTHERS:

  • WEDNESDAY  [Barbell Club] - As strong as Jay!
