Last week of the year at CHALKBOX!

We are super proud of the 9 athletes who managed to train 12 days in a row: Amanda L, Maggie, David, Lee, Ron, Stuart, Sinead, Sashi, and Roger. But there were many others who managed to get more training days in as well compared to what they normally do. So awesome work to all of you!

We have one more week of sessions. We will be closed from December 25th till January 3rd. We will organise “WODDING with the coaches sessions “ though during this time, so make sure you keep an eye on BoxMate where we will anounce the timings.


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - [SPRINT&GRIND] We continue with HSPU and TTB practice in a spicy WOD with Bike and Pull ups

  • TUESDAY -[BUILD&GRIND] Power Clean and Jerks

  • WEDNESDAY -[SWEAT&SPRINT] Row, Manmakers and Burpees

  • THURSDAY -[BUILD&GRIND] Back Squat

  • FRIDAY - SWEAT&GRIND] SDHP, Wallballs and bike

  • SATURDAY - [SPRIND&GRIND] Classic Christmas Eve WOD

  • SUNDAY -CLOSED


OTHERS:

  • WEDNESDAY  [Barbell Club] - As strong as Jay!
