12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT

We are half way the 12 Days of CrossFit and its great to see many of you are trying to fit in as many sessions as you can.

We will have our last session of the year in our XMAS eve WOD on the 24th at 9am and hope you can all make it.

The gym will be closed December 25th - January 3rd. There will be hours where you can drop in though and train with the coaches. You can find the times for this via BoxMate news of our Chalk-IIt Facebook group.

  • WEDNESDAY - [[12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 9 - Running and Gymnastics

  • THURSDAY -[12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 10 - Long Jackie

  • FRIDAY - [12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 11 - DT

  • SATURDAY - [12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 12 - Filthy Fifty

  • SUNDAY -[SWEAT&GRIND] Squats, burpees and GTOH
