We have already helped hundreds of people transform their bodies and lifestyle. Now it’s time for you. We work with men and women of all ages and building levels, this includes people who work out after a long day in the office, stay at home mums, and people who never been in a gym before. We never had a member who couldn’t handle our program or the intensity. One of the coolest things about this challenge is that the workouts are never the same, you will never get bored. Just show up and leave all your stress at home.
Here is how it works:
On day 1 we will weigh you in and we will take some pictures and measurements and you will complete a short benchmark workout. After that, we will sit down, get you some goals that will keep you on track for the full 40 days. We will provide you with some nutrition plans which will help you to get a lean and strong body.
In the first 2.5 weeks, you will have 5 1-2-1 sessions with your coach to assess you, teach you the movements, and slowly built the intensity. We have found this is the safest and most effective way to get you to your goals.
In week 3 to 6 you will join the group classes of a minimum of 4 sessions a week.
Price: £250 (5 personal training sessions and a minimum of 12 group sessions)
The reason why this challenge is so effective is that everything you will be doing is planned and designed to help you reach your goals.
From the minute you walk through the doors we will help you with your warm-up, mobility, and level of intensity in your workouts. You will be surrounded by like-minded people who are all engaged. Once you have turned up its impossible to not give it 100% or to quit during a workout. Your fellow members will support at all times whether you are the first or the last to finish the workout. That team mentality is what makes your workout so effective.
