Bar Fight Games

We are excited to give you all details of the Bar Fight Games

After a very successful Friday Night Bar Fight last year we will be organising the Bar Fight Games this year.

What is this?

Competition for teams of 2 (mixed or single-sex)

When?

October 30th - November 28th

For whom?

ALL CHALKBOX members, any fitness level.

Details:

  • Teams of 2 (mixed or single-sex)

  • all levels (RX and Scaled)

  • 1 workout per week spread over 5 weeks

  • you can RX or Scale per workout

  • workouts are in standard class times

  • you can use open gym if you can’t make the class

  • you don’t have to do the workout with your partner but we look at total results

  • workout details announced Friday nights at 7 pm via zoom and questions can be asked

  • weekly extra points to be scored via extra challenges

  • Announcement 1: Friday 23/10 7pm , Announcement 2: Friday 30/10 7pm, Announcement 3: 6/11 7pm, Announcement 4: Friday 13/11 7pm, Announcement 5: Friday 20/11 7pm

  • workout 1: 30/11, workout 2: 5/11, workout 3: 10/11, workout 4: 16/11, Workout 5: 28/11

  • the score needs to be in by the Thursday after the workout announcement

  • one workout will count double, but you need to choose this workout before you do the workout by informing your Team Leader.

From Wednesday 14th you can register your team via BoxMate. We will send out the link for this on Wednesday morning.
