Yes, it is a competition, and yes there can only be one winner, the FUN you will have is something that will stay with you for years. Training Focus This Week
What to expect this week?
You will be doing a lot of burpees in the coming week. You will be doing 3 types of different burpees, how cool is that!
20 reps Squat still there, we will add Deadlifts and some cleans.
Monday we are having a TEAM workout, so a great opportunity to find yourself a partner for the competition
The HomeFit sessions will have a lot of gymnastics this week. Make sure you book in before 9 pm for HomeFit
