The weather’s changing slowly, which means it’s time to pull those hoodies and jumpers out of the dust! 🍂 Looking to refresh your wardrobe this autumn? Coach Kayla has some great new designs on sale in all different colours. Be sure to ask her!

Our 6th week in this cycle: This means MORE REPS

We have a brand new cycle kicking off on monday! Here's what I have planned for the next 8 weeks:

  • Monday: Heavy Lunges

  • Tuesday: Heavy Push Press

  • Wednesday: "Cardio Day"

  • Thursday: Power Clean + Front Squat Combo

  • Friday: Hyrox

  • Saturday: Team (Per usual)

  • Sunday: Flex Sunday (Working on extra aesthetic work)

*The lifts mentioned above will be progressing from week to week (Adding a little more weight or an extra rep each week)

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Lunges forllowed Wallballs, Rowing and KBS

  • TUESDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Push Press followed by Cleans and DU's

  • WEDNESDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Keep adding...

  • THURSDAY - [[BUILD & SWEAT] Cleans and Front Squat followed Thrusters, rowing

  • FRIDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Hyrox Style

    • [CHALKFIT] Nathalift

  • SATURDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] Teams - Can you finish in time

  • SUNDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] We are Flexing today :)
