The weather’s changing slowly, which means it’s time to pull those hoodies and jumpers out of the dust! 🍂 Looking to refresh your wardrobe this autumn? Coach Kayla has some great new designs on sale in all different colours. Be sure to ask her!

Our 5th week in this cycle: This means LOADING again

We have a brand new cycle kicking off on monday! Here's what I have planned for the next 8 weeks:

  • Monday: Heavy Lunges

  • Tuesday: Heavy Push Press

  • Wednesday: "Cardio Day"

  • Thursday: Power Clean + Front Squat Combo

  • Friday: Hyrox

  • Saturday: Team (Per usual)

  • Sunday: Flex Sunday (Working on extra aesthetic work)

*The lifts mentioned above will be progressing from week to week (Adding a little more weight or an extra rep each week)

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Lunges forllowed Wallballs, Deadlifts and Box Jumps

  • TUESDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Push Press followed Bike, Cleans and Press

  • WEDNESDAY -[SWEAT & GRIND] Row, DU's and Deadlifs

  • THURSDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Cleans and Front Squat followed Thrusters abd Burpees

  • FRIDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Hyrox Style

    • [CHALKFIT] Nate the Great

  • SATURDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] Back Squat, Front Squat and OHS

  • SUNDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] We are Flexing today :)
