Week 5

At ChalkBox, we’re always encouraging our coaches to grow and level up — and this cycle has been designed by Coach Toby.

This block focuses on quality of movement and shoulder health. We won’t be pushing heavy weights this time, but we’ll make sure everyone hits CrossFit standards for every movement. Get ready to move well and build strong, healthy shoulders!

The Schedule

  • Monday: Tempo Front Squats

  • Tuesday: Isometrics

  • Wednesday: Technique under fatigue: Barbell Cycle

  • Thursday: Shoulder health

  • Friday: Hyrox

  • Saturday: Benchmark workouts

  • Sunday: A ix of all

  • TUESDAY - [GRIND & SWEAT] Isometric hold followed Bike and sumo Deadlift

  • THURSDAY - [BUILD AND SWEAT] Shoulder health followed by Fran
