MONDAYS - Squats progressions
TUESDAY - skill like MU/ pull-ups or plyometrics(broad jumps for distance) for example . Followed by a wod
WEDNESDAYS - Hyrox style
THURSDAYS - Deadlift progression
FRIDAYS Chalkfit (ENDURANCE)
SATURDAYS - Team workouts
SUNDAYS - A nice mix of everything

SATURDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] 1000 reps... wallballs and push jerks
SUNDAY - [SWEAT AND BUILD] conditioning and strength combined
