MONDAYS - Squats progressions
TUESDAY - skill like MU/ pull-ups or plyometrics(broad jumps for distance) for example . Followed by a wod
WEDNESDAYS - Hyrox style
THURSDAYS - Deadlift progression
FRIDAYS Chalkfit (ENDURANCE)
SATURDAYS - Team workouts
SUNDAYS - A nice mix of everything

FRIDAY - (CHALKFIT) a nice EMOM to make you sweat
[CHALKFIT] Emom of pill ups and push ups
SATURDAY - (BUILD&SWEAT) Deadlift, TTB And Bike
SUNDAY - (SWEAT&SPRINT) Interval partmer WOD
