This is what the ciming cycle will look like:

MONDAYS - Squats progressions

TUESDAY - skill like MU/ pull-ups or plyometrics(broad jumps for distance) for example . Followed by a wod

WEDNESDAYS - Hyrox style

THURSDAYS - Deadlift progression

FRIDAYS Chalkfit (ENDURANCE)

SATURDAYS - Team workouts

SUNDAYS - A nice mix of everything

  • TUESDAY - (SKILLS&SWEAT)Press,Pull & Jump

  • WEDNESDAY - [HYROX STYLE] Endurance

  • THURSDAY - (BUILD&GRIND) Deadlifts & Slamballs

  • FRIDAY - (CHALKFIT) a nice EMOM to make you sweat

    • [CHALKFIT] Emom of pill ups and push ups

  • SATURDAY - (BUILD&SWEAT) Deadlift, TTB And Bike

  • SUNDAY - (SWEAT&SPRINT) Interval partmer WOD
