From Monday we are also posting “Holiday WODs’ which you can find in BoxMate when you click on WOD and scroll to Holiday WOD. You can do these workouts anywhere including at home.

Note that we are closed for classes December 25th - January 2nd but you are welcome to train with the coaches. Keep an eye on BoxMate when your coaches will be there

  • SATURDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] A. mix of weights and conditioning

  • SUNDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] A sweaty repeat of last year
