  • TUESDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Deadlifts during fatigue

  • WEDNESDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Bench Press followed by Cleand and DU's

  • THURSDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Back Squats and Thrusters

  • FRIDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Back Squats followed by a spicy barbell mix

  • SATURDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] 1000 reps in a team

  • SUNDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Sunday interval
