Amazing work everyone during the CrossFit Open. You now all have a good idea where your strengths and weaknesses are so let’s work on all.

We are having a new 6 week cycle with a focus on strength:

The schedule will look like this:

Monday - Front Squat + Olympic Lifting

Tuesday - Press + Pull Movement

Wednesday - Cardio Specific

Thursday - Back Squat + Olympic Lifting

Friday - Bench Press + Deadlift

Saturday - Cardio Specific Team Workout

Sunday - A mix

I recommend everyone takes 2 days off per week. Which days you take off are up to you!



WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - [ BUILD AND SWEAT] Front Squats, Cleans followd by lunges and push ups

  • TUESDAY - [ BUILD AND SWEAT] Push and Pull frollowed by some sweaty AMRAPs

  • WEDNESDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio Mash

  • THURSDAY - [BUILD AND GRIND] Back Squats and Cleans followed by Squats and KBS

  • FRIDAY - [BUILD AND GRIND] Bench and Deadlift followed by Wallballs and Pull Ups

    • [CHALKFIT] Wallballs, Push Ups and More

  • SATURDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Team WOD Of Burpees And Push Jerks

  • SUNDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] A mix of EMOMs
