NO MATTER WHAT, CHALKBOX WILL KEEP YOU FIT!
We like to update you on our latest plans to keep you all moving:
Decreased class sizes to allow for social distances
Come in for an Open Gym session to break up your day
More workouts will be done on our outside area
Building works to create even more space to work outside starting this month
Entrance doors need to stay open at all times
Wash your hands before you start your class (with soap and water for 20sec)
Don’t share equipment with other members
Clean all equipment after use, even skipping rope handles
Keep your tops on at all times
The shower can no longer be used until further notice
Gym equipment can be borrowed while self-isolating, we will ask a deposit per item, more details to follow
From Friday 20th online - video link - coached HomeFit workouts for members
How will the coached video classes work:
book your slot via team up as usual - we will swap some standard classes for video linked classes starting with the 9:30 am sessions
The workouts are for all levels and all coached
The workouts will be SugarWOD “HomeFit”
You access the online video class via this link using your phone or laptop. No need to download apps
Call in via the link when class starts
The whole family can join in!

When?
9:30 am for now starting Friday 20th
We might schedule more sessions on weekdays but want to see how this goes:
9:30 am
11:30 am
12:30 pm KIDS & TEENS (mums and dads can have a break)
5 pm
Weekends will be posted sessions which can be done as and when you like, no video link
The morning sessions will be different from the 5 pm session for those who like to do 2 sessions a day
