Here at CHALKBOX we understand that lockdown 3.0 brings with it concerns, disappointment and difficulties for many people. However - we also always aim to look for the positives in every situation. One upside to this lockdown is that we are at home, with access to our own kitchens 24/7 and aren't eating out. This gives us a perfect opportunity to really take control of our nutrition, set goals and develop fantastic nutrition habits to take forward in 2021!

What is the aim of the challenge?
The CHALKBOX New Year Nutrition Challenge is designed to get you eating better and take you closer to reaching your goals. We will explore simple and practical ways to make healthy changes that you can maintain. Our aim is to motivate, educate and support you in improving your nutrition, giving you the knowledge and skills to make a lasting difference.
What can you expect?
Before the challenge starts we will assess your personal nutrition goals and put together an individualised plan for you. The plan will include a complete macronutrient breakdown tailored to your specific goals. It will give you guidance on how to track in a way that works for YOU (no calorie counting is required unless you like to do things that way), it will give you guidance on how to build balanced meals and give you the information you need to make improved choices to get moving in the right direction quickly.
You will receive support every step of the way and we will have weekly progress check-ins.
You're not in this alone!
It's always better to have the support of a group behind you to keep you motivated and on track! For this reason, this will be a small group challenge. NutritionCoach Laura will lead weekly zoom calls with the group where you will set tasks to keep you on track, share recipe ideas and look at various nutrition topics to improve your knowledge and keep you motivated! In these sessions (if you are comfortable to do so) we will also discuss your progress as well as areas you might be finding challenging so that Laura can come up with practical solutions to keep you moving forwards.
Who is the challenge for?
This challenge is for everyone, no matter where you're starting from. You may have absolutely no knowledge about healthy eating or cooking, or you might be pretty far along your journey and looking to refine and really dial in your nutrition. Whatever your goals are, we will combine a supportive and friendly environment with expert knowledge and practical solutions that will help you reach your goals. You don't have to be a ChalkBox member to join the challenge, everyone is welcome! All you need is a desire to take positive steps towards a healthier lifestyle!
