Mobility and Flow; what does it mean?

Join our Home mobility and Flow sessions

During the lockdown, we will offer sessions to Optimize your Range of Motion, Boost your Athletic Progression, and Accelerate Recovery.

You do not need to leave your house for this, you can do it at the office with your colleagues or even at the park.

We will have this class live stream on weekdays (except Wednesday) at 12 pm. So if you are working from home or at the office, bending over your computer all day, you can have a 20min break to work on your posture and health.

Items that you will see used in many classes include:

– A yoga mat to make working on the floor more comfortable

– A blanket, pillow, strap/ towel, or ab mat to create comfort or help achieve a position

– A yoga block, medicine ball, or water bottle to give a little stability as needed

Everyone can benefit from these sessions, it will help you feel more flexible, improves your posture, and speeds up recovery after one of the HomeFit sessions.
