We have released the first workout of the Bar Fight Games! There is still time to sign up for this competition if you haven’t done so yet. You will receive an email with all details about the 1st workout and you can find details below

Saturday we have a Halloween workout, so get your pumpkins ready
Thanks, everyone for making sure we all stay safe! Keep your distance during the sessions and clean all equipment used. Together we are strong and can beat anything coming our way :-)!
