CHALKBOX is a family-focused gym with the main goal to help people live better lives through fitness.
We have a HUGE range of awesome members, all different in size, age, and ability.
Everyone is always welcome at CHALKBOX. We plan our classes to suit all abilities and our expert coaches are there to help scale and explain everything and anything.
As coaches, we recognize that during the lockdown period many people have struggled to find fun ways to exercise and eat a nutritious, healthy diet. We would love to work with anyone who wants to build confidence, put their health first, and take the first steps towards their fitness journey.
HOW?
Our coaches team have had many conversations about what we can do to help EVERYONE and ANYONE.
We initially thought of setting up a starter classes for those people who are new and called it Baseline or Back to Basics, however, we noticed many people still felt intimidated and are scared to take those first steps through our doors.
So, we have come with a new idea. If you have been eager to start exercising but are feeling a little nervous or scared this may be exactly what you need.
We will create a NEW class for you AND your friends with a specific focus on you and your goals. If you have 3 or more friends who would like to join you in the journey of losing body fat, and getting stronger and fitter, why don’t you join a class together?
This way it’s just you and your friends, having fun and getting fit. What better way to work on your health?! We won’t charge more for this then our standard sessions so this is of great value!
If you just have had a baby you can join with your NCT friends, if you like running with friends but need to add some strength, if you have friends in your diet club who like to jump onto their fitness….. (keeping COVID aprroved distance)
HOW DOES THIS WORK?
