New On The Chalkboard
BIG change for everyone this week. From Tuesday, September 1st we will use BOXMATE You can find the workouts and log your scores via this app. Also, you can book in for your sessions via this app. The workouts are now labelled as Workout of the Day (WOD) on the calendar.
We are still missing some names on the list for September 6th! We are keen to get the CHALKBOX community together again after a long break, so whether you are a runner or not, join! It will be fun for everyone! If you have a Together Strong t-shirt, make sure you wear it for this event.
The teen sessions on Tuesday and Friday will move from 4:30 pm to 5:15 pm as the schools will start again.
Thanks, everyone for making sure we all stay safe! Keep your distance during the sessions and clean all equipment used. Together we are strong and can beat anything coming our way :-)!
