Ready for next week?

This week we will have 2 TEST DAYS to set your BECNHMARK for the future. We will have the days on Monday and Thursday. If you can’t make these days tou have the oppertunity to catch up on the other days this week. You can book your class and do the TEST wod on the side of the class instead. Your coach will help you set up.
