1-2-1 Nutrition coaching

ChalBox's staff is committed to assisting our members in becoming fitter, stronger, and healthier. We offer 1-2-1 Nutrition Coaching since nutrition plays a vital role in helping you achieve your health and fitness objectives.

Taking a closer look at your nutrition and making simple improvements can:

  • Improve your relationship with food

  • Develop maintainable healthy eating habits.


How?

Our 1-2-1 Nutrition Coaching program runs for 12 weeks.

We begin with an introductory consultation with one of our nutrition specialists. We'll talk about your goals, present habits, lifestyle, and roadblocks throughout this appointment. We want to learn everything we can about you and how we can best help you make beneficial nutritional adjustments.

An in-body scan will be performed to provide you with a complete analysis of your starting place. This scan will reveal a number of indicators, such as body fat percentage, muscle mass, muscle balance, metabolic age, and so on. Throughout the 12-week period, you will have regular in-body scans to track your development.

You will then receive your personalised nutrition guide, which will detail your specific macro breakdown based on your individual goals. The guide also includes information to help you get started and improve your nutrition knowledge. During your weekly check-ins, the ideas and concepts in the guide will be addressed in practical terms.

You will meet with our nutrition coach on a weekly basis, either in person or online, to review your nutrition, assess your progress, outline strategies to help you improve your habits, and outline simple ways to implement nutrition concepts.
Toward the end of the 12-week programme, we will outline a strategy for moving forward after the 12-week period has ended.

Throughout the 12 weeks, we hope to provide you with the knowledge and understanding you need to take long-term control of your nutrition. We want to set you up for future success and provide you with the tools you need to do so. Every step of the way, we consider your preferences, lifestyle, and responsibilities in order to provide a sustainable plan that works for you!
