Our CHALKBOX Change Challengers are now halfway their challenge. We have seen already some great results and can’t wait for what the next 3 weeks will bring. Good luck all!

We will continue having our sessions at the outside area. With current temperatures make sure you all have got your water bottles filled and hats and suncream on! Keep adding your names to the waiting list, we will add sessions where needed.

We are starting a strength program with a focus on Olympic Lifting. A great extra to add to your sessions to work on your strength and technique. This program can be followed during Open Gym hours. Find out more in the post below.
