New On The Chalkboard

We are preparing you for our competition on June 6th in the coming week in the HomeFit sessions. Make sure you add your name to the spreadsheet. There is an RX and Scaled options so doable for everyone!

Your coaches team is working hard to prepare to box for starting sessions at the Box again as soon as we get the green light from the Government. We will put in place a new policy on how and where to enter the gym with strict social distance rules and hygienic measures. You will be informed of this all soon.
