What to expect this week in the gym?

We continue the themes of last week. You’ll notice we swap the back squats for front squats, continue to stick with deadlifts. The focus is still on building that base strength including upper bodywork. But it takes time to grow stronger. We are not forgetting about conditioning, and mainly train this week the longer time domains, mostly in an interval set up.
